Beta terms
- The beta
- hardcore is in a closed beta. Features change, and things may break. Access is by invite.
- Idea plans
- The plan for your idea is free and for scoping only. It is not engineer-reviewed and is not a design you should build from.
- Plans and reviews
- Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time. Engineer reviews are bought per gate. If our review missed a real error, we fix the design free and refund the review fee; not covered: changes made after the review, assembly or manufacturing faults, spec changes, and anything listed as can't verify on paper.
- Custom work
- Teams and Enterprise needs are agreed in writing. Talk to us.
- Review
- Nothing is final or released for fabrication until an engineer signs off its review gate. The labels on each page say exactly what was checked and by whom.
- Confidentiality
- Both sides keep the other's confidential information private: your product details, and our methods and tools.
- Your files
- You own every file we deliver, with full rights to make and sell the product.
- What we can't verify
- Some things can only be proved by building and testing, such as EMC, radio range, real temperatures, wear and safety certification. We say which apply and can arrange tests, but we don't certify products.
- Liability
- Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the work in question. Placeholder wording until legal review.
